It is very important that growing children’s food contain the proper nutrients that he or she need for growth and development. Growing children needs to consume the exact and proper amount of calcium every day to have strong bones and teeth and to form their brains well. In this manner, this will give them good posture, right weight for their height, and good growth for teeth and bones. Calcium plays an important role in growing children’s life. Kids are energetic and playful and they need to have good and strong muscles. They require appropriate balance of amino acids that a specific food contains. Giving them a balance diet with appropriate milk suited for their bodies with proper vitamin intakes can help a child be nutritionally fit.

As parents, we usually find ourselves asking, can we ensure proper nutrition for our kids?”, and “can we meet all the nutritional needs of our children?” This is a very big challenge to us parents, especially the mother who is hands on to their kids. We parents want to give everything to our child, especially good health, assuring ourselves to meet the right or proper nutrition for our children. We have to be sure that the foods we choose for our kids not only contain essential nutrients but also the right amount, balance, and exact amount of calories. These include vitamins, amino acids and also fatty acids. This is an overwhelming challenge that moms must meet every single day of their lives.  Solving this particular challenge is a goal for us parents. The immune system protects our body from harmful bacteria and viruses keeping us safe from infectious and fatal illnesses that attack our body, especially if we have an illness and when immune system is weak. A healthy immune system is fundamental to our survival, especially for children.  Children usually touch anything and everything; they want to explore, taste and feel anything that they see and this makes them exposed to harmful bacteria’s. So it is best for us parents to ensure that our child has a strong system.
