nutritions

Giving our child proper nutrition is one way of protecting them. Protecting your child from illness will result to a happy child life. Loving them also means giving and providing them a healthy lifestyle in a clean and healthy environment. Giving proper nutrition is one way to show that we love our children. However, the question is…HOW?  Giving those necessary vitamins that will protect them from harmful viruses and bacteria’s can help.  By boosting by their immune system, how could we do that?

As parents, we must be aware that we need to help our children strengthen their immune system.  We should give them a healthy lifestyle and healthy food, especially those rich in vitamin A, C, E, Zinc, Iron and Selenium. We can also further protect them with foods fortified with probiotics and live active microorganisms that could help them strengthen their immune system. These are usually found in dairy products; to name one – the yogurt. However, nowadays, you can also find them in some milk.  When a child reaches the age of 3, he or she learns to make friends, and sometimes they stay with friends away from their own home. By giving them proper nutrition, we can protect and prepare them for their physical, mental and social challenges during their preschool. Foods with lactobacillus protectus help your child strengthen his or her immune system. Another is the probio3; this is another unique natural fiber that helps maintain a healthy digestive system. This will help the child in her regular bowel movement.

Next is the DHA, which helps support brain and visual development. Another is the Calci-N, a unique natural mineral concentrate found in milk, which helps promotes bone strength and development.  The word freedom simply implies that a child is given an opportunity to be exposed, experience and explore because as parents, we are assured that our child will not be easily affected by illness due to bacteria and viruses that might attack them.
